Christine Hill

Christine Hill is the Head of Enterprise Architecture within Technology at Wells Fargo. In her role, Christine provides the vision for technology and infrastructure services which enable the bank’s strategic business goals. She focuses on key areas such as capacity planning, availability, business enablement, and market responsiveness to develop and manage a holistic, long-term strategy.

Previously, Christine held the role of chief information officer for Finance Technology, where she delivered a tailored strategy and robust technical capabilities in support of the bank’s Chief Financial Officer. Her leadership focused on critical applications, tools, and services that enabled core finance functions such as general ledger, liquidity risk platforms, forecasting, planning & analysis, and regulatory reporting technology to operate seamlessly.

Before joining Wells Fargo in 2020, Christine was the global head of Wholesale Credit Loan Accounting & Leasing Technology at Bank of America. In this role, she led strategy, design, building, and testing for loan accounting, leasing, and document management applications. Christine also drove the successful transformation of the Wholesale Credit Loan Accounting unit and held senior technology leadership roles in businesses like Global Banking & Markets Regulatory & Sales, Consumer Contact Center, Global Credit Underwriting, and Mortgage Servicing.

Passionate about giving back, Christine serves on the Apparo Digital Leaders Council, a nonprofit that amplifies other nonprofit impact through technology and process improvement. She also serves as a board member at The Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN), a nonprofit ecosystem of leading banks, technology providers, and academics focused on lowering the cost of banking and boosting industry innovation.

Christine earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lives in Charlotte, N.C., with her husband and two children.
