What prompted you to participate in BIAN?

BIAN is a collaborative association by leading banks, technology providers, consultants and academics from all over the world, making outstanding contributions to banking architecture.

The BIAN Service Landscape  specifications make the development and integration of banking software solutions more efficient and effective. In recent years, the achievements in Open Banking have attracted  great attention from the industry. Joining BIAN, SPDB expects to work together with BIAN members for the standardization and systemization of Open Banking.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing the banking industry in the next 5 years?

SPDB believes that the most difficult part in digital transformation is the restructure of service processes, since it requires creating a new customer experience, business model and system for technological innovation.

How would you sum up the future of banking in one word?

Digital ecological banking is the future of banking.
