True to its heritage as part of the Lego Corporation, Play Digital Consulting targeted the development of a fully composable approach in which standards enable freely interoperable usage of the technological and organizational components that a business needs to succeed.
The team relied on the decoupling approach of The Open Group Agile Architecture Framework, as well as the Agile 2.0 methodology, to drive this process. The BIAN framework provided the finance-specific, domain- oriented semantic standard that the project needed to fulfil its clients outcomes.
Based on a guiding principle of ‘be like a bank, think like a fintech’, Play Digital Consulting now offers a comprehensive set of training and implementation services, ranging from knowledge transfer on the fundamentals of BIAN to product incubation and core banking modernization programs. The business’s BIAN projects are now live with nearly twenty customers across the southern US, LATAM, and southern Europe.
