Service Landscape

The Service Landscape Working Group manages the most “visible”part of BIAN which is the Service Landscape, a reference view consisting of Service Domains representing groupings of banking capabilities that are exposed through service operations.

In addition to acting as a map for allocating and managing Service Definitions, the Service Landscape is also a valuable instrument in strategic banking architecture exercises, such as core banking transformation, IT architecture roadmaps and package selection.
